As a full-stack engineer with a strong frontend focus, you’ll work across the stack — from building engaging, performant frontend experiences to integrating with scalable backend services.

Your work will enable engineering and product teams across the company to create and deliver high-quality digital products.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and backend services.

  • Build and enhance web applications, reusable frontend components, and APIs.

  • Improve development efficiency using AI tools and agentic workflows.

  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability on AWS.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to platform services.

  • Support infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices using Terraform and Serverless Framework.

Project requirements

YOUR TECHNICAL EXPERTISE:

Must-haves:

  • Strong experience with TypeScript, Node.js and React/Preact for full-stack development.

  • Solid understanding of full-stack architecture, API design, frontend performance, and accessibility.

  • Experience with AWS, serverless architectures, Docker, Terraform, and CDNs (e.g. Akamai).

  • Strong focus on test automation, DevOps, and Git-based development workflows.

  • Experience working in agile teams and using AI-assisted development tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Claude Code).

  • Willingness to attend weekly on-site meetings in Salzburg.

Nice-to-haves:

  • Familiarity with multi-tenant systems.

  • Experience with headless content management systems, sitemap generation, or SEO-related systems.

  • Experience with GraphQL.

  • Experience building or integrating AI-driven developer workflows or automation agents.

  • Understanding of cross-team platform design and integration challenges.
