You will work closely with stakeholders across Production Management to analyse current processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support process standardisation.
Project description
In your role as Production Management Discovery Analyst, you’ll have following responsibilities within the team:
• Analyse and document end-to-end Production Management processes across multiple entities and departments.
• Facilitate process discovery workshops with stakeholders from content production, operations, post-production, sustainability, procurement and related domains.
• Map current workflows, data flows, tools, dependencies and handover points throughout the production lifecycle.
• Identify common capabilities, pain points, duplication and integration opportunities across different production environments.
• Create process maps, capability maps, stakeholder maps and structured documentation to support alignment and decision-making.
• Assess relevant existing capabilities, workflows, and initiatives as key inputs for discovery.
• Support the definition of future-state principles, scope boundaries and guardrails for the Production Management domain.
• Translate workshop findings into clear recommendations and prioritised improvement opportunities for the Q4 workstream.
Project requirements
Hard Skills:
• Strong business analysis and process modelling skills, e.g. Domain Driven Design, Enterprise Architecture
• Experience facilitating workshops, interviews and documenting complex operational workflows.
• Ability to analyse systems, data flows and integration opportunities; media production experience is a plus.
Soft Skills:
• Fluent in English, German is a plus.
• Structured, curious and proactive character.
• Communicative team player, comfortable working with business and technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and loose ideas, with the drive to break them down and turn them into practical, well-documented outcomes.
• Full to part-time assignment possible (not less than 70%)
• Willingness to be on-site in Salzburg, Austria at least once every other week for workshops/alignments
